Terms of Service

1. Overview

Project Pulse is a private internal business application operated by Black Platinum Solar & Electric Inc for tracking EV charger installation projects. Access is restricted to the authorized business owner only.

2. Access

This application is not available for public registration. Only the whitelisted Google account may authenticate and use the App. Unauthorized access attempts are blocked by authentication middleware.

3. Google API Usage

The App requests the following Google OAuth scopes for legitimate business use:

• calendar.events — to create, update, and delete calendar events for job task due dates
• drive.file — to upload and manage project documents (permits, plans, invoices) created by the App

The App does not access, read, or modify any Google data beyond what it creates. All Google API usage complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Ownership

All project data entered into the App remains the property of Black Platinum Solar & Electric Inc. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" for internal business use. No warranties are made regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose beyond its intended use as an internal project tracker.
